Supervised visits

A supervised access or visit on neutral ground represent an alternative way to provide a safe, neutral and child-focused setting for visits between a child and non-custodial parent in cases where there are concerns about the safety of the child and/or the custodial parent due a history or risk of violence or physical abuse toward the child or the custodial parent, or that the exercise of the access right is too occasional or even confrontational.
