Public officer

The public officer is a professional to whom the legislator entrusts a public service mission and representation of private interests in the same time. It has the task of receiving deeds to wish or are required to endow with the authenticity. The document prepared by a professional acting as a public officer shall make proof against all persons of the juridical act which it sets forth and of those declarations of the parties which directly relate to the act as well as the facts that the professional has a duty to observe or record.
