Superficies

Superficies result from division of the object of the right of ownership of an immovable property. A first owner (the owner of the subsoil) owns the land, the subsoil, and a second owner (superficiary) has the property of all that is above the subsoil (constructions, plantations, buildings). So, we have two owners for a single entity, but each with a well-defined part of the property.
