Certified true copy

Copy of a notarized deed issued by the notary before whom such deed was signed and which bears the designation of "true copy" or "certified true copy" as well as the signature of the notary or the transferee of his records. In the case of a holograph Will or a will made before witnesses probated by the Court, the certified true copy will be the one issued by the office of the Superior Court of the judicial district in which the Will was probated.
