Preparation of the three (3) annual meetings required by law:

• The first Board of directors meeting to adopt the annual financial statements.
• The shareholders' meeting ratifying the financial statements, electing the new directors and appointing the auditor or accountant.
• The second Board of directors meeting for the appointment of officers, president, vice-president, secretary-treasurer, etc.

Preparation of two (2) additional resolutions, free of charge. (declaration of dividends, change of directors, change of head/registered office address, etc).

Review of the annual statement required by the provincial authorities and of the federal annual report and the forwarding of this statement and report.

Posting of the report containing information about the corporation to the accountant.

Legal monitoring services for the corporation.
