Trustee

The trustee is the person to whom is assigned the full administration of the property of a trust, including the preservation and maintenance thereof.

A trustee named in a will is the person chosen to manage and distribute the money or property of a trust according to the wishes of the deceased person. It is like a guardian who makes sure that everything goes according to plan with the trust and that the heirs receive what is rightfully theirs.
