Non-solicitation

The Non-solicitation agreement or clause seeks to prevent a former owner, executive officer or employee from soliciting clients or employees of the company that he owned or worked for to the benefits of another company that he would own or work for. The clause must provide, in a reasonable manner, the territory, duration and scope of the non-solicitation.
