Tutorship council

A body composed of delegates from the family or friends of the minor or incapacitated adult, whereof task is to supervise the administration of the curatorship or tutorship. It is composed of three persons designated by a meeting of designated by a meeting of relatives, persons connected by marriage or a civil union and friends. It may be decided, in certain circumstances, that the Tutorhip Council shall be composed of one person only.
