What is the minimum waiting time to unite civilly?

Before holding the ceremony of civil union, a notice of civil marriage must be posted during a period of 20 days and that, at the place where the ceremony will take place as well as at the courthouse the closest to the place of celebration. This notice of civil marriage contains the following information: the names and place of residence of the future spouses, the date and place of their birth as well as the date and the place of the celebration. A witness of full age certifies the accuracy of the information. For serious motives, it is possible to obtain an exemption of publication.
