Married spouses must in particular:
- Choose together their family residence;
- Contribute to the household expenses according to their respective financial means;
- Owe each other respect, fidelity, help and assistance;
- Assume jointly the debts contracted for the current needs of the family;
- Comply with the statutory provisions relative to the partition of the family patrimony when occurs the legal separation or the dissolution of marriage (by death or divorce).
