The marriage can be celebrated in a place agreed with the future spouses, which must respect the solemn character of the ceremony and be set for that purpose. The ceremony of marriage must be opened to the public and take place before a person appointed by law, among whom a notary, in the presence of two witnesses.
If one of the future spouses is in the physical impossibility to move out, attested by a medical certificate, the ceremony can take place at the location where he is, provided that a request is made for that purpose.
