Who must sign the declaration of inheritance?

The declaration of inheritance is signed by the persons whose presence is required to verify the facts set forth therein.

When the heirs wish to appoint an estate administrator in the declaration, this appointment must be approved by the heirs representing a majority of the rights in the estate, in accordance with the Civil Code of Québec.
