Does the exemption clause protect the property from all creditors?

Even when valid, the exemption from seizure clause does not preclude cases where the law expressly authorizes seizure. The Civil Code of Québec further provides that the property remains subject to seizure in the cases provided for in the Code of Civil Procedure.
