The lessor must, amongst others:
- keep informed the lessee of any risk of eviction from the premises;
- take the necessary measures to prevent any disorder by reason of the co-lessees or of a third party;
- take the necessary measures to ensure the integrity of the people and the properties of the lessees;
- ensure the enjoyment of the premises by the lessee, as long as the latter pays his rent;
- abide by all the obligations that he has committed himself to respect in the lease.
