How to calculate the division of parental union assets?

The net value of the parental union patrimony is determined on the basis of the market value of the assets that make up the patrimony on the date on which the right to partition arises. Debts incurred for the acquisition, improvement, maintenance or preservation of these assets are subtracted.

The calculation also includes the net value of assets withdrawn from the estate during the union, if these have been excluded by the spouses. In this case, the net value of the property is established at the time of its exclusion.
