Rather than allocating every time between all of you the income derived from executed contracts, it would be more convenient to create a business corporation. Indeed, an incorporation will allow you to allocate the profits between all of you, in proportion to the number of shares held by each one in the business corporation. A shareholder agreement will have to intervene between all of you in order to adequately frame your relationship and the disposition of shares in the event of death or departure of one of you.
