How are taken the decisions within an undivided co-ownership?

Within this type of co-ownership, there is no board of directors. Decisions are taken by all the undivided co-owners. So they administer the property together. In this type of co-ownership, it is possible to establish rules as for the different types of decisions that the undivided co-owners can take, as long as these provisions do not contravene the public order. For lack of agreement to this effect, the decisions relative to the administration of the property are taken by a majority of undivided co-owners, in number and in shares. To alienate it, to partition it, to encumber it with a charge or to change its destination, the decisions will have to be unanimously taken. Undivided co-owners can also appoint a manager who will have, unless otherwise stated, the powers of simple administration.
