What must be the contents of the agenda of the meeting?

The agenda must include the topics which will be the subject of a vote during the meeting. Drafting of these topics must be clear so that the co-owners can properly understand the scope of the latter. It will normally be the subject of deliberations between the participants at the meeting before being submitted to a vote.
