What insurances the co-owners must take out?

Each of the co-owners must take out an insurance covering the following elements:

1. the contents of the unit of which he is the owner
2. the leasehold improvements made to his unit
3. the civil responsibility
4. the insufficiency of coverage of the insurance taken out by the syndicate of co-owners
5. the living expenses during relocation
