Can the meeting of a business corporation be held with the help of technological means?

In Quebec, if the by-laws of the business corporation permits it, a meeting can be held solely by means of a technology allowing all the participants to communicate immediately between them.

In Canada, unless the by-laws otherwise provide, any person entitled to attend a meeting of shareholders can participate thereto by means of any communication facility allowing all the participants to communicate adequately between them during the meeting, if the business corporation makes available such a communication facility.
