During the second meeting of directors, the board of directors of a business corporation can create thereto positions of officers and appoint other persons and specify their functions such as:

• the president,
• the person in charge of management,
• the person in charge of operations,
• the person in charge of finances,
• the vice-president,
• the secretary, etc.
