Who chooses the name of a business corporation?

Both in Canada and in Quebec, the choice of the name (called a corporate name in the federal jurisdiction) is up to the founders of the business corporation and this one must be indicated in the articles of constitution (called the articles of incorporation in the federal jurisdiction).
