What is the required documentation once the business corporation is constituted?

Once constituted (or incorporated), the business corporation requires the keeping of various registers compiled in the business corporation's records, called also "minute book". These records gather all the constituting documents of the business corporation and all the minutes, resolutions and various registers required by law. The annual meetings of the business corporation must also be inserted in such a register.
