What is happening when there is an error in a contract regarding the name of a business corporation?

If an error was made in the name of a business corporation being a party to a contract, the latter remains valid as long as it is still possible to recognize the identity of the business corporation in the said contract. However, the relevant justifications will have to be brought in a later document.
