Description
- The written resolution must be signed by all the directors entitled to vote within the syndicate of co-owners, thus confirming their agreement with the decisions to be taken;
- The resolution signed by all the directors has the same force as if it had been passed at a meeting of the board of directors;
- This document must be kept in the registers of the co-ownership;
- Note that when a meeting of directors is held, it must be recorded in the minutes.
